I've been working a little harder, but not as hard as I should. This month I lost 5 inches making it a total of 9.5 inches. I don't feel like I lost that many inches, but some places it does. The weight part is still a little let down. But I'd like to believe that I'm turning my fat into muscles.
Trying to force myself to get to the gym at least 4 times a week for the next month to see if it makes a difference.
