By "it", I mean the gym. I made an appointment with a trainer for Monday and Thursday.
Some people have asked why I need a trainer. Long story short, motivation. I need something to keep me going. Someone to put a plan in motion for me to follow so I'm not going at everything half-assed.
Now, if I can someone to cook proper meals for me, I'd be all set haha!
