Preliminaries

So today was the one month mark since I've been going to the gym.  I was a little hesitant about measurement and weigh in day.

But all in total I happened to lose 4.5 inches and 2 pounds.

That's not too bad considering I didn't get there as often as I liked this month.  But there is always next month.

I will work harder and hopefully gain a little more will power to say no haha. I have cut out a significant amount of pop and drinking more water. Less coffee and more green tea. 

The food aspect isn't quite as good, but I'm gtting there.
